What’s your revenue plan?

Revenue plans require both models and methods. The components of the plan include:

  • Sales – is your product a “known product” with known competitors or is it new? You’ll find that new products have educational sales processes and not transactional processes. You need to educate your customers into the process, not just quote product price and availability
